Our Journey

The Evolution

Marimsecurity I.T Services was born out of a practical need, derived from helping businesses protect themselves from real threats, not just theory. Our journey began after the founder completed a Master’s in Cybersecurity at the National College of Ireland in 2023, where the foundations of the company were initially developed as part of a cloud security project. That academic work was backed by hands-on industry experience dating back to 2017, working across infrastructure, cloud, and security operations. What started as a technical consulting initiative evolved into a dedicated cybersecurity practice focused on risk reduction, incident readiness, and long-term resilience for clients. Today, Marimsecurity I.T Services helps organisations strengthen their defences, align with best-practice frameworks, and respond confidently to a constantly changing threat landscape.
